PRAYER LIST

CALVARY CHURCH: We rejoiced last weekend with the celebration of Jim and Teny B.'s 50th wedding anniversary! Many relatives and friends visited for that occasion. Elena V continues to recover from a fall she suffered in her home. She is healing remarkably well!  We continue to pray for John H. as he has resumed his treatments.

Thank-you from Jim and Teny B:  We wish to thank all those who celebrated with us on the occasion of our 50th wedding anniversary.  We are so thankful for the support given through prayers, cards, visits and phone calls as we thank God for the many years He has given us together.

FIRST CHURCH:  We express our Christian sympathy to Beth G. in the sudden passing of her husband Jake.  The G's have been worshipping with us the past few months.  .  May God sustain you and your family during these difficult days.  Grace Van R. was admitted to hospital and continues to be under doctors care.  Please keep in prayer those who are experiencing difficulties both physically and emotionally.  Happy birthday to Mrs. Fran V. who is turning 70 on the 19th.

The family of Patricia S. wishes to thank you for the expressions of sympathy shown at the passing of our dear mother.  Mom was a member of First CRC for over 60 years and developed many friendships over that time.  She especially enjoyed the visits and playing games with her friends at Elm Street.  Thank you so much for the love and care that you have shown her.

GRACE CHURCH:  Congratulations to Jon & Hope B. with the birth of a baby girl, Clara Louise, last week Thursday.  Art B. has returned home from the hospital and continues to recuperate there.  Happy Birthday to Stein J. who is 83 on the 19th, and to Jim D. who is 75 on the 21st.  Have a blessed day!

Tying the Knot:  On October 29, Suzanne B. and Ryan V. will be exchanging wedding vows at Gregory Drive Alliance Church at 1:30.  Everyone who would like to support them is invited to the ceremony and a standing reception.

BLENHEIM CHURCH:  Our prayers remain with Cor and Johanna B. as there has been very little good news on the cancer front.  We pray for healing, for strength, and for peace as they trust God.  We also pray for others struggling with their health.
