5PM COMBINED EVENING WORSHIP SERVICES AT GRACE CRC:

TONIGHT: will be led by Grace CRC.  Pastor William will be preaching on Matthew 12:1-21 and Heidelberg Catechism Lord’s Day 6 “Justice Is Led To Victory”.

PASTOR’S COMMENT:

Psalm 95:2 declares: “Let us come before him with thanks-giving and extol him with music and song.”  One writer said, “Thanksgiving is that quiet, unassuming day in the year that frustrates merchants because they can’t make an extra dollar off it.”  And that, to me, is the beauty of it.  There are no jingles to sing, no commercials to endure, and no gifts to buy—just a day to be thankful, to gather in a place of worship and say, “Thank you Lord.”  Oh, and one other note, remember—it is called, Thanks-giving.
