PASTOR’S COMMENT:

The story is told of a young man who entered a restaurant and asked to use the telephone.  After making his call, he put on his deepest voice and said, “Could you use an honest, hardworking young man to take care of your lawn?”  After a moment the boy said, “Oh, you already have someone like that?”  Thanking the person on the other end, he hung up and smiled to himself.  The manager, having overheard the conversation couldn’t help but notice his smile and asked the young man why he was so happy.  The young man replied, “Well, you see, I am the honest, hardworking young man.  I was just checking up on myself to see how I was doing.

You and I are called to make a difference in this world.  How would your boss respond; how would God respond?

Please inform the secretary or your district elder if there are any announcements or concerns that you would like to go in the bulletin.
